All the DORA RoIs of Our Clients Are Successfully Submitted to the Relevant Regulators

MAQIT has completed all the current projects related to preparing and submitting DORA Registers of Information (RoIs) to the relevant regulators.

Most of our clients are regulated by the CSSF, Luxembourg's financial authority. However, many clients are part of pan-European and global business groups, so we help submit DORA RoIs in other EU countries as well.

The biggest challenge was testing every version of every client RoI. We need to be sure that the final version of every RoI is 100% compliant with the DORA requirements. It is impossible to check everything manually, but our ICT regulatory compliance cockpit - Regulat.io - has an automatic validation procedure.

The next step is to wait for responses from the ESAs and see if anything needs to be improved. April 2025 is the first time financial entities have to submit their RoIs. Some of the DORA requirements may allow for multiple interpretations. If any issues with the data in RoIs are found, they will be fixed and applied to the RoIs of all our clients.
