Sam Silvero is a Senior IT Project Manager and Cloud Officer with over 15 years of experience delivering complex IT projects. She specializes in project governance, regulatory compliance (CSSF, ESMA, EBA), and cloud transformation.

 Before joining MAQIT, Sam was an Outsourcing Cloud Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Luxembourg, where she developed governance frameworks for cloud services and ensured compliance with financial regulations. She has a proven ability to align technical execution with business objectives, while ensuring resilience, security, and client satisfaction. Her expertise also includes managing service delivery teams, ITIL processes, and cloud migration strategies using Google Cloud, Azure and AWS.
