Thulani provides overall management of Client Engagements including delivery  on various aspects in the payments value chain which include but not limited to Business Development, Business & Operational Models, Outsourcing and ICT Frameworks.

Thulani is an expert in Payments and FinTech, with banking and consulting experience. Before joining MAQIT, Thulani was the COO, Authorized Manager, and Interim Chief Compliance Officer at a PI licensed entity in Luxembourg, where also has held various roles in payment institutions. He has payments expertise combined with in-depth knowledge of payments regulations, and hands-on experience in setting up and operationalizing payment institutions including all aspects relating to compliance, risk and governance.
