Gilles Poncin

Gilles is a partner at MAQIT, in charge of strategy and operations consulting, for public sector entites and SMEs. Prior to joining MAQIT, Gilles was in charge of Public Sector Consulting at Deloitte in Luxembourg. Before that, he helped build and he co-led the Public sector and national markets team at KPMG, also in Luxembourg. In addition to his consulting experience, Gilles has also worked as an auditor (KPMG UK and LU) and as a financial controller (ArcelorMittal).
